Kevin Beresford, Head of the Car Park Appreciation Society and author of best-seller Roundabouts of Great Britain, travelled from John O'Groats to Lands End in his quest for car park nirvana.

Armed with an array of equipment including an exposure meter, paint scraper and tyre squeal recorder, Kevin subjected each car park to a series of exhaustive tests and measurements including:
