Kevin first rose to fame in 2004 with the cult success of his 'Roundabouts of Great Britain' book, quickly followed by 'Roundabouts of Great Britain from the Air(ish)'.
Why he wanted the job of 'Car Park Connoisseur':
"I love finding beauty in some of Britain's most overlooked architecture," he says. "Whilst I've always been passionate about roundabouts, car parks hold a different kind of appeal for me. Every car park has its own character and tale to tell; take the Trinity Park multi story in Gateshead for example - it starred in the film 'Get Carter'."
